Account and Data Deletion Request
App name: RebelUp (Rebel-Up) · Developer: RebelUp · Last updated: August 14, 2026
This page explains how to delete your RebelUp account and the data stored under it. Use whichever of the two methods below is easier for you — the result is the same either way.
1. Delete from within the app (recommended, processed immediately)
- Open the RebelUp app and sign in.
- Open the My tab at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account at the very bottom of the screen.
- Read the notice and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and the deletion process begins.
2. Request by email (if you cannot access the app)
If you have lost your phone or cannot sign in and therefore cannot delete from within the app, please send us a request at the address below.
- Send to: fightingman012@gmail.com
- Subject:
[RebelUp] Account deletion request
- In the body, include the phone number you signed up with (or the email address you used for Google or Apple sign-in).
Once we have verified your identity, we process the request and reply with the result within 3 business days. If we cannot verify your identity, we are unable to process the request, since it could result in deleting someone else's account.
3. Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, all of the following data is deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Account information — phone number, email address, nickname, profile photo
- Body information — height, weight, age, gender, goals, body composition records
- Workout records — sets, weights and reps, routines, plans, workout times
- Meal records — meal logs and food photos you uploaded
- Health records — sleep, hydration, condition and pain records
- Device identifiers — the push token used to send you notifications
4. Data retained for a set period
The items below are retained for the periods set by applicable law regardless of a deletion request, and are destroyed afterwards. This data is not used for any purpose other than the statutory one.
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription — 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on payment and supply of goods — 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution — 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Part of your subscription payment history is retained by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and that part is governed by each store's own policy.
5. If you have an active subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Payments are handled by the stores, so please cancel first using the steps below, and then delete your account.
- iPhone·iPad — Settings > your name > Subscriptions
- Android — Play Store app > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
